Victims of Sexual Abuse

 

For over 25 years, Jeff has successfully represented victims of sexual abuse, including violence and sexual abuse in the workplace; child victims of sexual abuse and adult victims in various settings including  schools, hospitals, day and overnight summer camps, private high schools, universities parking lots and elsewhere. In doing so, he has obtained some of the highest jury verdicts and settlements for his clients and has also helped to set a high for those responsible for protecting children from abuse. Jeff was the co-lead counsel in the clergy sexual abuse cases in Boston resulting in an 85 million settlement for the victims of abuse by priests in The Boston Archdiocese.
